Stopped for a veggie burrito from Diegos central / east Tucson AZ. We have been eating here since 1997 when we worked nearby and frequented this restaurant for lunch multiple times each week. Now that I work elsewhere I rarely stop by anymore. All the employees have changed since that time as well. The food is still not bad
This restaurant is easy to find and always open
The drive through is fairly easy to get into and out of, typical menu for Mexican fast food
The veggie burrito looked nice on the outside, wrapped neatly and I was able to get green salsa
Inside, it was much wetter than I like to eat. I poured out a lot of liquid before rerolling it and attempting to eat it. I could not finish this burrito
Do people like their burritos this wet? Or has the cook simply never eaten one of these to experience water pouring out with each bite.
This place is gross. My wife tried to tell me it was good. But I had a similar wet burrito and don't even ask when the last time they cleaned the place. it was dirty inside and the bathroom was like walking into Mexico. Too nasty, place should be closed down.
